Processing

Orders require production time before they ship. Production and delivery estimates shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Multiple packages

If you order multiple products, they may occasionally be produced or shipped separately and arrive in more than one package.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
